Terms and conditions
I (Customer) authorize CB Electronic Ltd, or any third party authorized by CB Electronic, to carry out repairs on equipment identified in the accompanying schedule (Equipment) and I acknowledge and agree that:
1) CB Electronic Ltd will take all reasonable care while performing any repair, but CB Electronic Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of unintentional loss or damage; including by freight companies or other parties. 2)All prices include GST and unless stated otherwise are exclusive of any freight, handling, insurance or additional costs. 3)Any estimate or indication of costs given to repair the Equipment is an estimate only and does not constitute a quote. The minim inspection fee is $75.- incl GST for general items, $95.- incl. GST Guitar/Bass Amplifier (except Mesa Boogie) and $125.- incl. GST for Pianos, Keyboards, Mesa Boogie Amps, Mixer and DJ Controler. (freight/handling/packing not included). 4)The minimum not refundable inspection charge applies to all non warranty repairs, even if I (Customer) choose not to go ahead with repair. This includes if the repairer is unable to re-create the specified fault i.e no fault found, not repairable or uneconomical to repair. 5)Any non warranty repair will be carried out without an estimate up to a maximum of $175.- any other costs stated in section 2. 6)All invoices are immediately due as soon a repair is completed, unless other arrangements have been agreed to prior. All repairs must be paid in full at time of collection, delivery or shipping. 7) If an invoice has passed its due date, CB Electronic Ltd will add an admin/handling fee of 5% (min $25) weekly to the open balance accumulated. 8)If I (Customer) do not collect the Equipment from CB Electronic Ltd within 1 month of the repair being ready for collection, it will be assumed the Equipment is abandoned and will be sold to recover outstanding charges. 9)CB Electronic Ltd will endeavor to have repairs processed as quickly as possible ,however it accepts no responsibility for the length of time taken or for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay. 10) I (Customer) agree that all damage recorded on the intake form is correct and has occurred prior to CB Electronic Ltd accepting the goods. And that I (Customer) are responcible for backing up any data/files of the to repaired item and that CB Electronic Ltd can not hold responsible for any loss of data/files. 11) I consent to my personal data being processed by CB Electronic Ltd for the purpose of the repair. CB Electronic Ltd will not pass on any personal data to any 3rd party other than authorized for the purpose of the repair.
